NJERI schedules five (5) meetings each year starting in September and ending in June. Since members and various educational programs are situated throughout New Jersey, the meetings vary in location. Since members have vary schedules each semester the day of the week for the meeting also changes.
The final meeting of the year is a luncheon in which new officers are installed for the upcoming year.
